Board of Trustees

 The Coal City Public Library District is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees elected from the community.

The Board of Trustees of the Coal City Public Library District holds it’s regular meetings on the second Tuesday of the month, as per the library’s ordinance setting meeting dates.  Board meetings are held in the Irving Street Annex Room A.  Special Board meetings may be called. Notice will be posted 48 hours in advance. Due to emergency situations the board reserves the right to reschedule meetings.
