MEETING ROOMS

Starting March 1, 2023 thru Sept. 30, 2023 CCPLD will be trying out a new Meeting Spaces Policy. CCPLD cardholders will be able to book one of our meeting room spaces for a private event.

The Coal City Public Library District has three meeting rooms available for use by outside organizations. The use of the meeting rooms is in accordance with the Coal City Public Library District's Meeting Spaces Policy. All meetings must be open to the public.

The Coal City Public Library District meeting room application can be filled out online, printed and returned to the library with proper signature.
